By using QR Studio, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short and written to be understood.

1. The service

QR Studio is a free QR code generator. We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the service and to use the QR codes you create for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. No attribution is required.

2. Intellectual property

The QR Studio website — including its source code, visual design, layout, branding and written content — is owned by QR Studio and protected by copyright and other applicable laws, except for third-party open-source components, which remain under their own licenses. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, mirror, or use this site to build a derivative or competing service that reproduces our design, code, or content without our prior written permission. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction of this site is prohibited.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you encode and any logos you use. You are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it — including trademarks and copyrighted material in uploaded logos.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QR Studio to create codes that link to or contain content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful — including phishing, malware distribution, fraud, or content that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the service for abuse.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we build in quality safeguards, you are responsible for testing that your QR codes scan correctly before distributing or printing them, and for verifying the accuracy of the encoded content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service, including costs related to reprinting materials or lost business.

7. Advertising

The service is supported by third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for their own content; a displayed advertisement does not constitute our endorsement.

8. Changes

We may modify the service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
